Dr. Shashikant Devkaba Umarshi
Dr. Shashikant Devkaba Umarshi (Dr. Shashikant Thacker) is an Indian physician, social activist, philanthropist, singer & producer from Kutch. He is the co-founder & managing trustee of Give Vacha Foundation NGO. He does free health check-ups for NGO health events. He is known for his work as a family physician, especially for Tuberculosis patients. He did his MBBS from Medical College Baroda.

Dr. Shashikant Devkaben Umarshi completed his MBBS from Baroda Medical College at M.S. University in 1976. He has been serving society as a family physician since then. He runs his own clinic at Anjar – Kutch.
CREATIVE WORK
He is the founding member of Parv Fusion Band, India’s first family fusion band that works on the global initiatives like Global Clubfoot Awareness Parv, Music Therapy for all as well as other Sanatan culture initiatives.
SOCIAL WORK
In 2015 with an intention to give back to society, Dr. Shashikant Thacker founded the Give Vacha Foundation along with Naynaben Diwaliben Jethalal & Dr. Krupesh Naynaben Shashikant. The NGO works on the theme of “Gift Of Time“. He is the managing trustee of the NGO & also the Community Health Director. Under his guidance, NGOs execute various health projects for social well-being.
